All my life I've had a love for horses but I never dreamed I would fall into the roll of saving and caring for these magnificent animals. Over the past three years my family and I have rescued nine horses. Unfortunately, they lost their original homes ranging from death of the owner to animal abuse. At this point, we are working diligently but patiently to rehabililate and find loving forever homes for them. However it is taking a toll on our family funds and we are finding it more difficult to maintain a budget for these horses as we have been caring for them soley on our own 100%. Even though we are a small facility I cannot finnd it in my heart not to put our all into these horses and find them homes where they can be loved, cared for and appreciated. It is a long process but its rewards are worth every minute of it in the end.
